I’ve been to three Disney parks now—Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Paris.
So going to Disneyland Paris wasn’t just about seeing it. I was also comparing it without trying to.
I only visited the main Disneyland Park.
And it was raining that day.
First Impression
Even with the rain, it still felt like Disney.
That same atmosphere is there.
Music, design, small details—you recognize it right away.
It doesn’t feel like a completely different park, but it has its own version of the experience.
The Experience
Because of the weather, I didn’t rush.
I just went around, checked areas, and took it slow.
One of the most memorable parts wasn’t even a big ride.
It was the merry-go-round.
Simple, but for some reason, that’s what stayed with me.
I felt like a kid again, just enjoying the moment without thinking too much.
Compared to Hong Kong and Tokyo
Out of the three, Hong Kong is still my favorite.
Probably because it was my first.
That one had a different feeling—more nostalgic, more emotional.
The kind that gives you goosebumps.
Paris was still good.
But it didn’t hit the same way as that first experience.
Is It Worth It?
If you’ve never been to a Disney park, yes—it’s worth it.
If you’ve been to others, it still has value.
It’s a different version of something familiar.
And even on a rainy day, it still worked.
