Coffee Rituals While Traveling

Coffee became part of my travel routine without me planning it.

It just stayed consistent across different countries.

Same order most of the time.

Iced americano.

Sometimes cold brew.

Never hot.

Before flights, I usually look for coffee first.

Parang automatic na siya.

Airport, new city, kahit saan — I just find a place and get the same thing.

Japan stood out for me.

7-Eleven americano.

Simple, but consistent.

Hindi complicated, but it works every time.

Thailand and Vietnam too — coffee is strong, direct, and doesn’t feel diluted.

I don’t really choose between sit-down cafés or grab-and-go.

Depends on the moment.

Sometimes I sit and slow down.

Sometimes I just take it and walk.

I’m also not a morning person, even when traveling.

I don’t wake up early just to “maximize” the day.

Unless I have a scheduled tour, I wake up when I want.

Coffee just comes when I’m ready to start moving.

Different cities, same habit.

Same drink, different surroundings.

And somehow, that consistency makes every place feel a bit more familiar.
