My coffee order doesn’t change.
No matter where I am, it’s always the same.
Iced americano.
Sometimes cold brew.
Never hot.
It’s one of the few things I keep consistent while traveling.
Different airports, different countries, but the same order every time.
In Doha, I usually go for Ralph’s Coffee.
It’s become a familiar stop.
Same setup, same drink, same short pause before the next flight.
It doesn’t feel rushed there.
In Japan, even something as simple as 7-Eleven coffee works for me.
Airport or city — it’s consistent.
No need to think too much. You just know what you’re getting.
I don’t switch depending on the country.
I don’t look for “best coffee.”
I just stick to what I like.
There’s something about that consistency.
In places where everything is different, having one thing stay the same makes it easier to settle into the moment.
And somehow, that first sip at the airport always feels like the start of the trip.
